Serves as entry-level or junior engineer in one of the sections within Geotechnical Branch, responsible for developing an understanding of the theories and principles of geotechnical engineering.Qualifications
- One year of specialized experience which includes: working under closer than normal supervision at the journeyman level performing assignments designed to provide the competencies, skills, and experience required to perform the more complex work at the full performance grade level.
