    A dynamic restaurant group is hiring Executive Chefs for their steak house that is currently undergoing a transition.

    The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations of the restaurant, with the aim of enhancing guest and employee satisfaction while optimizing financial performance.

    The role will involve maintaining high standards of sanitation and food across multiple areas, including banquets, restaurants, and bars.

    The responsibilities of the Executive Chef will include managing cost controls and expenditures, developing seasonal menus, managing inventory and purchasing, implementing new culinary programs with the marketing, banquets, and culinary teams, and sourcing new items locally.

    Other duties will include leading the kitchen management team, ensuring efficient daily operations, administering property policies, reviewing staffing levels, and managing department expenses.

    The Executive Chef will also participate in budgeting, maintain brand standards, demonstrate new cooking techniques, ensure safety and sanitation, and teach the culinary team the importance of consistency.

    The qualifications required for this position include 3-5 years of high-volume Executive Chef experience, a Culinary Arts Degree or equivalent experience, a preference for a Certified Executive Chef, prior hospitality culinary management experience, comprehensive knowledge of F&B, and demonstrated leadership skills.

    The Executive Chef should have a flexible schedule, be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
