    Description
    We are looking for a CNC Machinist to join our Corporate family. The ideal candidate will have experience and/or training in CNC machining.

    They will machine various components for finished products including material handling carts and racks, automation machines, lifting devices, and much more.

    They must demonstrate competency in basic programming, setup, and operation of CNC equipment following all safety precautions. Strong attention to detail is a key element of the position. Additionally, they will keep the facility clean by removing debris and trash to ensure safety.
    Individuals of all experience levels will be considered; starting pay will be based on experience. Will train the right individual.


    Compensation:
    $16-$21/hour (based on experience and skill level)

    Set-up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and manual machine toolsMachine components to close tolerance specificationsVisually inspect work for conformance to print specifications.

    Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.
    Document daily output by completing required production and quality logs.
    Keep the worksite clean.
    Follow the company's safety and quality guidelines.


    Requirements:
    Skilled in operation of CNC machinery and toolingSkilled in using precision measurement toolsAbility to interpret engineering drawingsBasic CAD/CAM computer programming knowledgeMechanical aptitude and strong math skillsAn eye for detail and results-driven approachMeet the individual production goals and deadlines during shiftGood communication abilitiesCan work alone or with a teamKnowledge of basic safety rules and standardsForklift certifiable is a plusPhysical and

    Work Environment Demands:
    Must be able to stand/walk/work for 8-10 hours per dayMust be able to lift and/or move 25lbs.

    , occasionally lift and/or move 40lbsMust be able to bend, twist, stoop, and squat, reach above shoulders as needed for day to day responsibilities and other miscellaneous dutiesMust have good hand and eye coordinationMust be able to work overtime, during peak production periodsExperience:2 to 5 years of related CNC experience preferred, not requiredWill train the right candidateEducation:CNC certification from a two-year college or technical school preferred, not required
