    Role: Onboarding Specialist at Preservica

    Your Role

    • Act as a key player in a product-led team, guiding users towards successful outcomes.
    • Provide expert advice to users on suitable solutions for their needs.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive sales revenue.
    • Engage with users to promote product adoption and advocacy.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Educate users on the benefits of Preservica products.
    • Identify potential leads and engage with users to drive adoption.
    • Develop lead handover processes and support enterprise opportunities.
    • Collaborate with various teams to enhance user onboarding.
    • Guide users in product choices and upgrade options.

    Requirements & Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
    • Prior experience in customer-facing roles or sales positions.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
    • Familiarity with Product Led Growth (PLG) concepts.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Exceptional customer service abilities.

    Location & Reporting

    This position can be based in Boston or remote within the US, reporting directly to the VP Sales, North America as part of the Starter marketing & product teams.
