Outdoor Living Design / Build Project Manager
Job Summary:
Kentucky Outdoor Living, located in Lexington KY, is a growing, landscape construction company serving the greater Kentucky area. We create custom designs our constructions teams can produce in house making KOL the top design-build company in Kentucky. We are currently looking for a project manager to manage the workflow of scopes dealing with: Landscape Plantings, Landscape Lighting, Water Features, Paver Patios & Driveways, Outdoor Kitchens, Pergolas, Cabanas, Pools (Vinyl, Fiberglas, Gunite), Decks, Covered Structures, 3 to 4 Season Rooms, Artificial Turf / Putting Greens, Retaining Walls, and other custom elements.
General Accountabilities:
Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to verify safety and to ensure that specifications are met.
Read specifications, such as blueprints, to determine construction requirements or to plan procedures.
Estimate material or worker requirements to complete jobs.
Supervise, coordinate, or schedule the activities of construction workers and laborers.
Confer with managerial personnel, other departments, or contractors to resolve problems or to coordinate activities.
Coordinate work activities with other construction project activities.
Order or requisition materials or supplies.
Locate, measure, and mark site locations or placement of structures or equipment, using measuring and marking equipment.
Record information such as personnel, production, or operational data on specified forms or reports.
Assign work to employees, based on material or worker requirements of specific jobs.

Job Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: One to six years of related experience
