    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSSupervises Warehouse Workers and schedules subordinate employees' hours of work and vacations.
    Maintains harmony among workers and resolves grievances.
    Oversees product receiving and deliveriesOversees the training of new warehouse workers.
    Communicates daily with all levels of Management to ensure companywide coordination.
    Be able to lead and conduct daily standup and weekly department meetings.
    Supervises, disciplines, and evaluates lead drivers, dispatchers, data entry clerks, and export clerks.
    Always maintain cleanliness and professional order in the operations and sales office with the general manager.
    Maintains, coordinates, and manages equipment repairs and maintenance.
    Understand the delivery policies and procedures, such as CODs, departure/cutoff times, and driver recording on invoices and log sheets.

    Confirms driver log sheets with invoices delivered (check off; if missing, see Delivery Lead)Updates different daily spreadsheets and log sheets as needed.

    Double-checks invoices for local and export.
    Responsible for completing all daily work by Dispatch, Lead Drivers, and Data Entry.
    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEAssociate Degree or equivalent.
    Minimum two years of warehouse and inventory managementSupervisory experienceA valid driver's license is required.


    Competent in computer skills:
    Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).OTHER QUALIFICATIONSExcellent written, verbal, and basic math skills.

    Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a high degree of judgment, especially when working with confidential information.
