    Providing support and resolving complex issues for the Client and all Segment clients across the United States and Canada.
    ● Ensuring compliance with Corporate IT standards and policies.

    • Responsible for walk-up advanced support at site area locations
    • Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware, operating systems, company-approved applications, and network connectivity issues. Collaborating with 3rd party vendors when needed.
    • Responsible for equipment setups, re-images, and software installs
    • Implementing software and hardware updates and upgrades following Client Network Operations Center guidelines
    • Organizing and prioritizing a changing workload with minimal supervision
    • Assisting in the development and maintenance of Support Center documentation in Confluence
    • Reporting support trends to the IT Operations Manager and Team Lead
    • Processing all ServiceNow tickets within established SLA's
    • Researching and testing new technology
    • Traveling to regional locations for support as required
    • Supervising Tier 1 Deskside Support Analyst tasks
    • Providing Tier 2 level support to Deskside Analysts and office users
    • Working with other Deskside staff on various IT projects
    • Logging customer questions, requests, and problems to track issues through resolution
    • Resolving complex end-user problems using documented procedures and available tools
    • Escalating IT issues and assisting with 2nd and 3rd level support
    • Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely updates on problem resolution
    • Building strong relationships as a trusted solution provider
    • Providing on-site support for installations, changes, moves, and repairs
    • Responsible for computer imaging, end-user setups, networking, server equipment installations, and printer configurations

    AA Degree or technical school certificate in an IT-related field preferred.
    Four or more years of IT support experience.
    Proficient in common computer applications and operating systems including MS Windows 10, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
    Experience with hardware maintenance, troubleshooting, and Service Desk tools
    Knowledge in supporting smart phones, tablets, wireless technologies, networks, and operating systems
    Familiarity with various IT tools such as Active Directory, Google Workspace, Citrix, Cisco VPN, TCP/IP, ServiceNow, MDM, Office 365, Ring Central, Zoom, and Remote tools

    • Detailed knowledge of computer hardware, applications, and network technologies
    • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Effective verbal and written communication at all organizational levels
    • Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues
    • Efficiently organizing multiple responsibilities
    • Coordinating operations with IT functions
    • Working well under pressure with strong attention to detail
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently
    • Willingness to work beyond traditional hours if needed
    • Familiarity with water/wastewater treatment is a plus
