Job summary
The Finance Support Coordinator serves as a liaison between academic and administrative units and the centralized finance hubs; ensures unit financial needs are understood, routed appropriately,and resolved efficiently;
Serve as the primary point of contact for financial inquiries from units,
escalating and coordinating requests with central finance hubs (e.g., procurement,
payroll, accounts payable);
- Serve as the primary point of contact for financial inquiries from units,
- Assist staff with guidance on financial processes and tools,
- Provide financial information (e.g., cost object guidance, , coding support) for transaction initiation handled by finance hubs
