We are currently seeking Cycle Counters with 6+ months experience for the Receiving Department.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity Need right now is on Nights

Pay rate: $18.00/hour on Days; $18.50/hr on nights.

Schedule:
Days: 7:00AM-5:30PM Monday-Friday with occasional weekends
NIghts: 4:30p-3:00AM Monday-Friday with occasional weekends

Position Overview: This Position reports to the Inventory/Receiving Manager and is responsible for ensuring accuracy of inventory entries of finished goods, received goods and other entries in the WMS. This is not a sit-down position. You will be working with a team to manage inventory for the Warehouse and Production. This position requires good time management skills and the ability to work with limited supervision. Excellent attendance and the flexibility to work weekends is a must. Previous restaurant management experience is a plus.

Key Job Functions & Responsibilities:

• Compare Production's daily tally sheets vs WMS entries to ensure they match; if not, investigate and make corrections as needed.
• Discuss results of investigations with Inventory Manager, identifying which warehouse associates need additional training, counseling and/or discipline. Must be able to discuss these matters confidentially.
• Following a schedule, cycle count all warehouse aisles/bins on a continuing, regular basis. Investigate discrepancies between WMS and physical stock, make corrections as necessary.

• Maintain Excel spreadsheets to track cycle counting progress and adherence to schedules.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent. Some relevant experience desired in a warehouse environment.
• Detail oriented with the ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow procedures.
• Flexible work schedule and the ability to work overtime and weekends.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.
