- Providing technical expertise related to work order processing, reviewing project requirements, and maintaining wash quality standards throughout the assigned territory.
- Training of all team members on maintenance, repairs, and safety standards through training programs and scheduled site visits.
- Driving product quality across all Wash Shop sites to 100% operational.
- Supporting a reduction of wash down times, closing site-level work orders, and staying within given capital and operational budgets.
- Working closely with the national and regional leadership and local maintenance technicians to expeditiously address wash down, wash quality, and facilities related issues.
- Knowledge of mechanical/electrical components including shafts, bearings, gear boxes, pumps, motors, and drives
- Associate degree, equivalent technical training, or appropriate hands-on experience
- Certification through a tech/trade school beyond high school is preferred
- Ability to effectively train team members on the proper way to safely operate equipment while ensuring a high-quality member experience
- Carwash management/mechanical experience preferred
- Initiative-taking, self-starter on identifying tasks and programs to complete and/or document; strong ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
- Extensive travel required (up to 70% of the time)
- This position involves sitting, standing, walking and normal physical mobility, including reaching, crawling, crouching, kneeling, stooping, grabbing lifting, pushing, or pulling, and carrying typical equipment up to approximately 100 lbs. in weight.
