    The Good Feet Store is seeking an Operations Assistant to join our cozy back office team.     The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail operations, as well as a passion for contributing to a positive workplace environment.


    Key ResponsibilitiesStore Support and Operations:
    Facilitate store and customer support, handling financial inquiries and chargebacks in collaboration with accounting department.
    Manage back office organization and electronic records, administrative tasks and mail.

    Oversee office supplies and inventory, including ordering, managing POS prices, inventory levels, and yearly numbers in collaboration with Operations Manager.

    Generate reports, audit memo signatures, and provide support for store concerns.
    Assist in creating operation manuals, updating reports, and organizing vendor contacts.
    Coordinate with project manager on new store buildouts and utilities and leasing agreements.
    Assist the Operations Manager with mission-critical objectives.


    Qualifications:
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    Pay based on experience and education.
