BENTELER makes it happenThe Plant Human Resources Manager will coordinate and direct the strategic support and administrative functions of a manufacturing location.
Managing the local HR team, they will coordinate strategic planning with executive management, oversee full-cycle recruiting, and serve as a link between the organization's management and its employeesPosition ResponsibilityImplement both the global and regional HR strategy, adapting as necessary according to local needs.
Implements both the global and regional programs and policies, adapting as necessary according to local needs and challengesAnticipates recruitment needs in advance in order to ensure adequate staffing in terms of quantity and quality; manages local staffing needs (permanent and temporary)
