    Description
    Northramp is looking for smart, creative individuals interested in helping grow something truly unique in our markets.

    The ideal candidate will have experience with design and implementation of a distributed enterprise application with external and internal interfaces utilizing Microservices and business automation patterns to modernize an existing IT solution.

    Previous experience working in an Agile and DevSecOps environment, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to work independently is a must.

    The ideal candidate will have experience creating and communicating solution architecture to stakeholders, as well as leading design, implementation and testing of new software components built on a technology stack using industry standard tools and design patterns.

    It is essential that this candidate have exceptional communication skills and have a wide depth of knowledge and hands on experience with various technologies, and environments.

    Full Stack Developer

    who

    will

    :


    Focus on full-stack design, implementation and testing of the software built on a new technology stack using industry standard tools and design patterns.

    Design, develop and test enterprise web services APIs and backend services
    Work with product management to translate requirements into technical design and provide estimates
    Design, develop and test UIs that utilize REST APIs
    Work with product management to translate requirements into technical design and provide estimates
    Perform code reviews and make updates, as needed
    Define and implement unit and integration tests
    Develop high quality, shippable code in short increments
    Work closely with engineering and quality assurance to manage and improve the development pipeline
    Work closely with security to meet required security controls

    Additionally, the ideal candidate

    will

    :

    Demonstrate discipline to document your own code
    Manage multiple tasks with varying priorities
    Communicate ideas in a variety of formats
    Have experience working in Scrum-based development team within a scaled Agile framework (such as SAFe)
    Demonstrate familiarity with designing and implementing IT solutions specializing in data warehousing/scrubbing, data analytics, data visualization
    Demonstrate familiarity in automating business processes and/or rules through use of BPM or similar technology
    Possess experience with the following technology components:

    JavaScript and Ajax, Angular or React

    JIRA, Bamboo or Jenkins, Bitbucket (Git), Confluence

    Docker, Kubernetes or Openshift

    Bash and SSH experience on RHEL

    Angular, React, Springboot or Bootstrap

    JSON, YAML, XML

    Demonstrate advanced fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Project, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
    Experience working with distributed, modular system architectures (i.e. Microservices, SOA)
    Provide exceptional client service, research, and resolve issues, and demonstrate commitment to continuous learning

    Required Qualifications

    US Citizenship and ability to pass a Public Trust background check.
    Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, software engineering, information systems, computer engineering.
    4+ years software engineering experience
    Ability to work independently and to be a self-starter and able to operate in a proactive way
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; logical thinker and intellectual curiosity

    Desired

    Qualifications

    Experience working with Atlassian suite of project management tools (JIRA, Insight, Confluence).
    Foundational or advanced knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools
    Foundational knowledge of implementing and managing IT solutions within Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
    Experience leading, either formally or informally, a small team of engineers
    Experience with Web accessibility

    Clearance

    Active Public Trust clearance required.
