- Manage the warehouse team (a team of associates and temporary labor) including hiring, corrective actions and workforce planning
- Monitor individual and team warehouse productivity using provided metrics
- Coordinate inventory transfers with satellite warehouses
- Optimize inbound, outbound, and reverse warehouse logistics
- Develop, implement, and document warehouse standard operating procedures
- Work and communicate cross-functionally with key internal departments (Traffic, Inventory Control, Sales, Finance, Merchandising, Human Resources, Customer Service, etc.)
- Participate in Physical Inventories for main warehouse and satellite warehouses (twice a year)
- Facilities management including overseeing safety both inside and outside the building and coordinating with outside vendors for buildings and grounds
- You are looking to work with a company that is in its growth period, and have a hand in improving efficiency and team building
- You have strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- You have a desire to coach and motivate your team; help the team hit their KPIs and metrics, career coaching, and mentorship
- You are analytical, and strive to make processes more efficient
- You aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and take the lead in any warehouse function
- You have prior experience in a warehouse role as a manager or team lead
- You can use a computer, and/or Warehouse ERP Software
- You have prior experience using RF Scanners
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
- Experience with managing an apparel or e-commerce warehouse
- Forklift certified

Warehouse Director – Your Job Duties
Warehouse Director - Required Skills, Experience & Culture Fit
Warehouse Director - Extras (Desired, Not Required)
This is 100% on site role, Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
Compensation is $95,000 to $120,000, salaried, plus additional bonus potential up to an additional $15,000 per year.
