    Description

    We are looking for a dedicated Recruiter for Students to join our team at Touro University. This role is responsible for recruiting prospective students for our Undergraduate Nursing and Graduate Speech Pathology programs within the School of Health Sciences. The main objective is to expand the qualified applicant pool and engage with high school and undergraduate audiences at various events within the NY state/tri-state area.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a schedule of recruitment events for the Nursing and Speech Pathology programs, including virtual and in-person sessions.
    • Participate in recruitment events for the School of Health Sciences and external events such as career fairs.
    • Manage a database of prospective applicants and generate reports on recruitment data.
    • Collaborate with the Admissions Office to enhance recruitment efforts and improve enrollment demographics.
    • Provide accurate information on nursing and speech pathology professions to potential applicants.
    • Establish relationships with other programs for collaboration opportunities.
    • Create timed communications and social media campaigns for program promotion.
    • Collaborate with marketing personnel to develop marketing plans that enhance recruitment strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • Recruitment or admissions experience preferred.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills required.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms preferred.

    Travel:

    • Valid driver's license required for frequent travel to campuses and events.

    Physical Demands:

    • Extensive computer use and ability to lift 5 pounds.

    Location: Brooklyn | Onsite at our 902 Quentin Road location.

    Salary Range:

    USD $64,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.
