- Service areas include Allen, Auglaize, Van Wert, Putnam, and Hancock counties in Ohio
- Following the instructions and guidance of the treating occupational therapist and adhering to the care plan
- Providing personalized therapy programs at patients' homes to help them enhance, recover, or sustain their daily living skills
- Teaching specific therapeutic activities to restore physical and sensory functions
- Assisting the Occupational Therapist in keeping track of a patient's progress and response to therapy
- Education: Completion of an occupational therapy education program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) of the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA), or its equivalent as recognized by ACOTE
- Licensure: Holding a current license, or meeting relevant regulations, as an occupational therapy assistant in the state(s) of practice
- Minimum of one year of professional experience working as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) in a home health or similar setting
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Valid state driver's license, car insurance, and access to transportation; willingness to travel
