Join the Boats Group team as a Customer Success Specialist (Retention and Growth Focus), focused on nurturing existing client relationships and expanding wallet share.
This full-time role in Miami, FL, requires a proactive approach to driving revenue through consultative sales methods and understanding the unique needs of each customer.

Cultivate and maintain relationships within the assigned territory to retain and grow the customer base
Utilize consultative selling skills to understand customer goals and ensure our solutions meet their needs, with a focus on retention and growth
Incorporate data insights into customer conversations to drive revenue
Achieve monthly revenue and sales objectives
Educate customers on Boats Group's evolving product suite to enhance their digital footprint
Articulate the ROI of our product suite for customers
Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure sales channel coordination and success
Requirements:
Demonstrated success in customer retention and growing wallet share, preferably in a SaaS environment
Strong organizational skills and self
motivation for independent operation
Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs and propose effective solutions
Proficiency in computer literacy, including Google Suite and Salesforce
