What You'll Do:
Relentlessly prospect and generate new leads; own your own pipeline
Turn cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn connections, and networking into high-value meetings
Qualify opportunities, run discovery calls, and demo our killer SaaS platform
Close deals and beat your targets—make your mark as a top earner
Own your territory and process; suggest playbook improvements as we scale
Be the voice of the customer internally—feedback wins, blockers, and market intelligence
Work closely with founders and the product team
Champion the hustle and contribute to a winning sales culture
What You Bring:
Demonstrated track record in net new business ("hunter") sales, ideally in SaaS/tech/startups
Proven ability to exceed quotas and build your own book of business
Comfort with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and rejection
Independent, energetic, and proactive—never wait for someone else to hand you leads
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Agile and adaptable in a fast-changing environment
Preferred:
experience selling B2B software, but attitude and hustle are most important
