    • Our mission-obsessed, creatively curious, and collaborative team is looking for an energetic, organized, and client-facing Story Implementation Lead to nurture multiple client relationships and implement a brand transformation plan that aligns our clients strategic narrative with their business objectives and initiatives. Maybe you've founded a company before, and want to put those hard-earned experiences and skills to use helping brands to be seen as essential.

    Your Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree
    • 3-5 years of experience in complex client success, consulting, account management, change management, or relevant client-facing CX roles
    • Youve executed large change management projects (internally or externally within an organization)
    • Youve managed multiple client accounts and relationships at once
    • Youre excellent at building trust and rapport with clients
    • Youre a people-person and get energy talking to clients
    • You can talk to C-Suite executives and founders as a peer
    • You have natural EQ
    • Solving complex business problems through creative solutions excites you, and youre good at it
    • You have strong writing, phone, and presentation skills
    • Youre attuned to client needs and pay attention to detail
    • Youre dynamic and agilechange doesnt throw you off your game

    What Youll Do

    • Own and lead Wodens StoryAccelerator product to transform purposeful companies into essential brands
    • Manage client accounts, owning the relationship and implementation of their brands strategic narrative within their organization
    • Serve as conduit connecting project team, business development team, and client to achieve client business objectives
    • Own a new product and make adjustments based on client feedback
    • Schedule and lead calls, meetings, and roundtables to consult and coach strategic leaders on aligning their strategic narrative with their business objectives
    • Collaborate with Brand Storytellers, Team Leads, and the Director of Storytelling to meet client objectives
    • Execute monthly coaching and support calls
    • Facilitate collaborative work sessions with clients and external stakeholders
    • Maintain content library for story implementation
    • Manage dashboard metrics tracking client transformation goals
    • Revise and edit client-produced materials

    Compensation

    $66,000 a year plus incentive bonuses
