    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mechanical/Aerospace / Computer science/ information systems management or related field required.
    • Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant work experience in Engineering/ IT functions including technical support in a global work environment with multiple applications.
    • dministers, user account creation and maintenance, evaluation ofMBSE and Other Engineering design applications and related system management.
    • Troubleshoots and resolves system problems. Works proactively to identify potential issues and recommends/implements preventative solutions.
    • Resolve engineering application issues/requests, ensure SLA adherence, and improve user experience and satisfaction.
    • Identifies and analyzes system and user needs, as well as equipment requirements. Writes system and user documentation, including policies and procedures.
    • Develops and delivers user training and presentations on new systems and upgrades.
    • Works directly with MBSE-related vendors and with other Technical Services personnel to coordinate major technical issues, Projects, communicate expectations and coordinate deliverables and services.
    • Coordinates and/or performs software and operating system maintenance on workstations and servers.
    • dheres to global IT standards, policies and procedures and coordinate related activities with global IT teams.
    • Develop effective working relationships with internal and external business partners.
    • The assignment is result oriented with excellent growth prospects.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • least 5+ years Hands on experience in all depths ofSys admin for MBSE systems is Mandatory.
    • Strong Expertise in maintaining MBSE software-Cameo systems modeler, Jazz TeamServer, Teamwork Cloud, Syndeia, IBM Rational DOORS v9.6.1, Rational Publishing Engine, Rational Requisite Pro v or , Rational Rhapsody Tools and Model center.
    • good understanding of, and experience with, systems engineering, Requirement, Functional, Logical, Physical (RFLP) Modeling
    • Excellent working knowledge of Windows/Linux Server, account creation, Visual Studio, and Microsoft Office
    • Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills, including hardware, software, and basic networking.
    • pply critical thinking and collaborative approaches to improving services and solving technical challenges.
    • Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills in order to relate well with a diverse group of end users, including co-workers, vendors.
    • Outstanding written communication skills using both technical and non-technical terminology.

    • Creo/Toolkit Development experience is an added advantage.
    • Experience managing team size of 3-5 would be a plus

    The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
