Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Project Superintendent at Elite Custom Builders.

The Project Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, including supervising subcontractors, ensuring quality control, maintaining construction safety standards, and managing project budgets.

The Project Superintendent will also collaborate with the project team, communicate progress to stakeholders, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications
Supervisory Skills, including managing construction teams and subcontractors
Experience in Residential & Commercial Construction projects
Quality Control and attention to detail
Knowledge of Construction Safety standards and regulations
Budgeting and cost management skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Experience with residential construction and familiarity with local building codes
Relevant certifications and licenses
