You will
Lead end-to-end product management activities for our orchestration and analytics products, including strategy, planning, development, and execution.
Articulate the product vision, roadmap, and priorities based on customer insights and business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and customer success, to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.
Conduct market analysis, competitive research, and user feedback analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and product gaps, and use these insights to drive product enhancements and innovation.
Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and use cases, and work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
Track key product metrics and success criteria, and regularly report on product performance and progress to stakeholders.Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize product features and user experience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape in the payments industry, and proactively identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
You will haveBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
Proven experience (2+ years) in product management, preferably in the payments industry or in a data analytics product.
A strong understanding of the payments ecosystem is a plus. Having managed the lifecycle of an AI product is a huge plus.
Experience in managing end-to-end product lifecycles, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex products or projects, working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed product decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Solid project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
Experience in running sprints on JIRA.Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment among diverse teams.
