    Description

    Join Our Team as a Commercial Superintendent

    Are you looking to take on a new challenge in the field of commercial landscape projects? Our client is currently seeking a dedicated Commercial Superintendent to oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all aspects of commercial landscape projects from planning to implementation.
    • Allocate necessary resources for assigned projects.
    • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors effectively.
    • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
    • Negotiate with contractors to ensure reasonable order costs.
    • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.

    Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in landscape management or related fields.
    • Familiarity with construction management software.
    • Demonstrated strong leadership qualities.
    • Effective negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail.
    • OSHA 30 certification.
    • Minimum 5 years experience in a Superintendent role in landscape management.
    • Bilingual in Spanish is considered a plus.
