    Description

    Location: Newark, NJ

    Job description:

    Troubleshoot any VM tool related & scanning issues.


    • Manage the application server & scanners.


    • Management, Administration, Upgradation of Insight VM, Tenable Nessus Sc, & Tenable IO


    • Advise on tactical and strategic improvements to the Rapid & & Nessus platform.


    • Take day-to-day direction from our client.


    • Document standard operating procedures (SOP) at the direction from our client


    • Maintain platform.


    • Designs strategy to implement effective vulnerability management leveraging automated technology.


    • Provides enhanced vulnerability analysis and contextual feedback to stakeholders for resolution of discovered vulnerabilities or misconfigurations.


    • Engage with stakeholders and business units in order to resolve identified vulnerabilities.


    • Recommend approaches for addressing vulnerabilities include system patching, deployment of specialized controls, infrastructure changes etc.


    • Drive identified vulnerabilities to remediation by planning and documenting remediation activities and plans with system and application owners.


    • Promote collaboration with stakeholders to prioritize the remediation of vulnerabilities and close potential attack vectors.


    • Provide technical feedback on proposed solutions to identified vulnerabilities.
