    The Northwest Hills Surgical Hospital is looking for an Operating Room Director.
    This position plans, coordinates and directs operating room activities within the facility. The position provides leadership and authority in surgical area of the hospital. Assesses plans, evaluates, and ensures all Operating Room processes are implemented to ensure safe patient care.
    Demonstrates knowledge of hospital functions, activities, and interactions related to physicians, patients, and teammates.
    Ability to coordinate all operating room activities including scheduling and prioritizing.
    Possess knowledge of equipment needed and talent necessary to perform all scheduled cases in the OR.
    Maintains current knowledge on advances or conditions affecting hospital services.
    Understands, complies with, supports, explains and enforces hospital and ASC policies and procedures

    Maintains professional growth and development through seminars, workshops and professional affiliations to keep abreast of latest trends in field of expertise.

    Ability to relate to people, patients, hospital employees and assist in their professional and personal development.
    Works with critical departments including scheduling and materials management to ensure smooth running of area.

    Bachelors of Nursing Required
