    COMPENSATION:
    $18-$20/hour


    LOCATION:
    Liberty, NC


    SUMMARY OF POSITION


    Manage all aspects of the warehouse and facilities to include equipment, processing and tracking of incoming freight, the upkeep of stock/inventory, and the cleanliness of the facility.

    Ensure the efficient management of the company's warehouse and storage operation.


    ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Supervise Field Service Specialists in collaboration with Studio Director of Operations (Furniture Div), including creating development plans, quarterly and annual review of performance.
    • Supervise the warehouse to ensure the facility is clean.
    • Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective warehouse operations and on-site operations.
    • Communicate with Operations management daily to prepare for deliveries.
    • Exhibit professionalism, customer service and safety at all times.
    • Accurately complete paperwork including timesheets, trip records, inventory records, etc.
    • Manage Field Service Specialist are accurately completing paperwork, including timesheets, trip records, etc.
    • Ensure Field Service Specialist and Warehouse personnel adherence to established policies and procedures. Adhere to established policies and procedures.
    • Ensure all incoming product is properly accounted for, organized, and inspected for damage upon receipt and noting any such damage on the Purchase Order and Bill of Lading.
    • Print work orders immediately to get delivery scheduled.
    • Manage warehouse space including up-to-date inventory reports.
    • Partner with Studio Director of Operations and Project Managers to Organize and Schedule Deliveries.
    • Partner with Director of Operations to manage all company owned or leased facilities, installer vehicles, and equipment to include maintenance.
    Requirements


    QUALIFICATIONS
    High School diploma or its equivalent required

    Supervisory or leadership experience preferred

    Warehouse management experience preferred

    Field Service Specialist and/or installation experience preferred

    Strong customer service focus

    Strong time management skills

    Attention to detail

    Good written and oral communication skills
