    GreatWater Garages is continuing to grow and is now seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting brand and local shop-level marketing and communications efforts to both B2C and B2B audiences. This role will work with a growing marketing and communications team to nurture our current customers and engage new customers across multiple platforms to support immediate and long-term business goals.

    Your main responsibilities include being a regional marketing contact for a number of auto repair shops in our network. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with these shops, gaining a deep understanding of their specific market and competition, to support their marketing needs and solve business challenges.

    Other responsibilities include producing marketing and promotional materials, planning and implementing marketing and communications calendars, and managing third-party partners to deliver marketing deliverables. The Marketing Coordinator can interpret customers' behavior and suggest creative ways to increase brand awareness. Ultimately, this role will support all aspects of our marketing efforts and help us achieve our immediate and long-term business goals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Become an extension of your region of shops, supporting them, and providing marketing solutions to drive their individual shops' business.
    • Put strategy and plans into action by executing marketing initiatives across multiple platforms, including but not limited to social media, email, text, website, paid media, community involvement, events/experiences, and radio.
    • Work directly with third-party partners and outside media to execute shop and market specific programs.
    • Track and report key competitors marketing and promotional efforts.
    • Develop internal communications to ensure all teammates across our over 130 shops experience our culture and understand key initiatives and programs.
    • Build strong relationships with our operations team, including regional, district, and operating partners to work directly with them to solve various business challenges.
    • Monitor and manage customer reviews to ensure timely response and resolving of issues. Create monthly reporting to cascade shop performance to operations team.
    • Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent casting of GreatWater voice and vision.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field experience.
    • Two to three years of experience in the field of marketing.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail.
    • Must have strong verbal communication, copywriting, and proofreading skills.
    • Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, and customer segmentation.
    • Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
    • Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports.
    • Basic graphic design skills are necessary.
    • Occasional travel may be required.
