    Description


    As a Virtual Physical Therapist with Ryz Labs, you will provide remote evaluations, treatment plans, rehabilitation guidance, and ongoing patient support through telehealth platforms.

    You will work directly with patients recovering from injury, surgery, or chronic mobility issues, helping them regain strength and functionality from the comfort of their homes.

    This role is ideal for PTs who embrace technology, value flexibility, and want to expand their practice in a modern, digital-first care environment.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Patient Care & Clinical Duties

    • Conduct virtual physical therapy evaluations via HIPAA-compliant video platforms.
    • Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation programs tailored to patient needs.
    • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
    • Guide patients through corrective exercises and therapeutic movements in real time.
    • Provide education on injury prevention, mobility improvement, and long-term care.
    Technology & Platform Use

    • Utilize remote patient monitoring tools, AI-assisted assessment systems, and digital documentation platforms.
    • Maintain accurate and timely electronic notes following professional and regulatory standards.
    Collaboration & Communication

    • Work closely with clinical coordinators, case managers, and cross-functional teams.
    • Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients of varying physical abilities.
    • Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

    Requirements:
    Licensing & Education

    • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy.
    • Active physical therapy license in one of the following states: California (for LA), Texas (for Houston), Illinois (for Chicago), New York (for NYC)
    • Additional multi-state licenses are a strong plus.
    Technical Requirements

    • Reliable high-speed internet.
    • Quiet, professional environment suitable for video sessions.
    • Familiarity with digital charting and telehealth technology.

    Skills & Experience:

    • 2+ years of clinical experience (outpatient, orthopedic, or sports therapy preferred).
    • Experience with telehealth platforms or willingness to learn quickly.
    • Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, and patient education skills.
    • Ability to work autonomously and manage a virtual caseload.
