    Description

    The Senior HR Project Specialist role is responsible for leading and coordinating Human Resources projects with focus on M&A due diligence, integration, and acquisition onboarding along with and including, the day-to-day aspects of multiple concurrent projects, varying in size and complexity. This role requires the ability to utilize HR practices, policies and compliance knowledge to effectively plan, manage, and support assigned projects.

    Responsible for planning and managing HR projects working across HR functions, Corporate departments, and sometimes the enterprise.

    Provide day-to-day leadership and support for various HR projects.

    Communication of status, risks, and issues to HR Management

    Develop, maintain, and prioritize project HR action plan, in collaboration with internal and external resources supporting project execution.

    Provide guidance and support to colleagues throughout project lifecycle with status updates to stakeholders, monitoring project performance and recommend changes to optimize outcomes.

    Support multiple M&A HR-related activities from due diligence to planning and execution of the HR strategy for onboarding.

    Assist with annual audit processes through coordination of efforts and completion of requests.

    As needed, assist in developing HR compliance procedures, processes, and program frameworks that align with Reliance values and business needs.

    Maintain annual HR compliance team calendars.

    Assist with other project as assigned

    ANNUAL SALARY: $85, $100,000.00 / Depending on Experience

    LOCATION: Los Angeles or Pasadena area - Working a minimum of three days per week in the Pasadena office

    Required Skills

    Strong knowledge of current Human Resources practices, policies, and procedures, as well as a thorough understanding of applicable state and federal laws

    Strong project management skills

    Prior experience with M&A due diligence processes

    Minimum of five (5) years of experience in HR with demonstrated ability to lead and partner with cross functional teams.

    Proven ability to manager HR related projects and facilitate effective collaboration across various HR disciplines.

    Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.

    High attention to detail and organization skill

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams and Forms

    Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, etc. or equivalent work experience in a related field required.
