Product Support Analyst

D & R is a locally owned company, in business since 1990, located in Vestal, NY. We support commercial and defense firms in the development of their products. Our current work structure is a hybrid arrangement of work from home with occasional office visits. Flexible work schedules provide our employees the opportunity to tailor their work schedule. Furthermore, we offer an excellent benefits package for our regular full-time employees.

We are seeking entry level candidates to assist with the development and analysis of technical data, to include the following duties:

Review, analyze and extract data from various types of engineering source material (such as equipment parts lists, or engineering drawings)
Conduct analysis on data and identify additional information required
Extract data using report functions for additional review and/or delivery to customer
Work as an individual or team member on various projects concurrently

Required Skills / Experience:

Aptitude with technical information
Positive attitude, self-starter, solid work ethic
Team player, able to thrive in a group or individual role
Ability to function in a hybrid position
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) functions for data entry and manipulation
Attention to detail,
Ability to multi-task and maintain high level of quality and accuracy in a variety of duties

Additional Skills / Experience / Abilities

Secure and reliable home internet connection
Willingness to travel is required
Military background a plus
