Job summary

We are hiring a part-time Social Worker for our new EmPATH Behavioral Health Unit. You will work 16 hours every 2 weeks on rotating day and PM shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Provide various services to patients in an outpatient setting.
  • Assess complex biopsychosocial needs and provide interventions.
