This is a full-time, permanent position where you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on a variety of environmental matters.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of environmental laws, environmental risk, and environmental insurance. Strong skills in drafting, research, and writing are essential.

Providing legal advice and guidance on a wide range of environmental issues including regulatory compliance, environmental risk management, and environmental insurance.

Reviewing and drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to environmental law.
Conducting comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and legal proceedings.
Representing the organization in environmental litigation and regulatory proceedings.
Collaborating with other legal team members to develop effective strategies for managing environmental legal issues.
Developing and implementing environmental policies and procedures to ensure organizational compliance with environmental laws and regulations.
Providing training and education to the organization on environmental laws, regulations, and best practices.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Environmental Attorney or similar role in the legal industry.
Proven experience in environmental risk management and environmental insurance.
Exceptional drafting, research, and writing skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to make sound decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
