Job summary
As Principal Device Quality Engineer at Heartflow you will serve as global subject matter expert for software quality and design excellence bridging gap between rapid Agile development and rigorous medical device regulations ensuring safe secure compliant digital health solutions including Software as a Medical Device SaMD AI/ML-enabled technologies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee compliance around end-to-end design control process within Heartflow's Software Development Lifecycle SDLC advising on initial architecture security-by-design global regulatory submissions post-market surveillance.
- Serve primary authority on global regulatory standards IEC 62304 IEC 82304 ISO 14971 ISO 13485 AAMI TIR45.
