    responsibilities:
    Enthusiastically support and contribute to manufacturing program and tools

    Support the development of manufacturing processes; design, modify and test methods and equipment requirements

    Process improvements:
    Conducts evaluations, suggests designs and spearheads development of manufacturing processes includingproduction flow, assembly methods and production equipment

    Mitigate waste:
    maximize efficiency and minimize waste

    Lean Six sigma understanding:
    Implement lean processes, conduct time studies, identify continuous improvement initiatives

    Review, Update and Write detailedprocess work instructions and standard work.

    Prepare 3D models and data for drawing change requests to customers.

    Preparing First Article Inspection reports (FAIs) for new parts process changes

    Updating Capability monitoring data and maintaining databases in Solumina and Net Inspect.

    Preparing OEE spreadsheets and presentations for Cell performance monitoring and improvement


    Basic Qualification:
    Minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering

    Industry experience of 2-3 years preferably in a manufacturing environment.

    Experience in a LEAN environment and a familiarity with the methodology would be a plus.


    Other Preferred Qualification are:
    Experience with Autocad,Solid Works, or NX

    Advanced Excel
