    Job DescriptionThe person in this role will work directly with Alertus' Implementation Ops Manager and Client Services Operation Specialist.

    They will act as a liaison between the Sales and Implementation departments to ensure smooth transitions and exceptional customer experience.

    The objective of this position is to assist in the management of customer orders from inception to execution.

    This role is a great opportunity for someone who is customer-centric, has exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in their work supporting others.

    Our ideal candidate is self-motivated with strong problem-solving and communication skills.


    A Day in the Life:
    Oversee the process of inspecting and categorizing customer orders within the CRMDirectly communicate with customer stakeholders in project planning meetingsManage the Implementations queue and assign Implementations Managers new customer accountsAct as a liaison for cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are being metAnalyze incoming sales order intake forms and other pre-sales documents to ensure the team receives not only timely but necessary information to perform their work and collaborates with Sales Directors on improvements when necessaryPerform the software build tasks within the Production EnvironmentOrganize and collect critical information and documentation required for successful order fulfillmentCreate and analyze reports in the CRMCreate workflows and process documentationPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
