Job summary
We are looking for an outgoing and responsive Customer Service Representative to join our FASTSIGNS team. You will be the initial contact with current customers as well as prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center. You will work with customers in numerous ways such as email, telephone, in-person and at their place of business.FASTSIGNS is the franchise industry leader with over 700 locations in many countries worldwide. We have the most extensive training programs both online and in-person in the industry.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has strong communication skills both verbal and written, good computer skills some experience using Adobe Illustrator is a plus., able to lift 50 or more pounds., able to sit or stand for long periods while viewing a computer screen.
