This position supports the work of the YMCA of the Rockies which operates a mission-based family and group conference and retreat center serving more than 225 thousand guests annually.
This position develops and implements strategies to create and strengthen relationships that advance both our mission and philanthropy at YMCA of the Rockies specifically in the annual giving and program giving spaces The Annual Program Giving Manager is primarily responsible for the successful implementation of the annual fund retention of annual fund donors programmatic funding support staff giving campaigns

- In collaboration with Philanthropy Director other colleagues volunteers lead Association approach annual programmatic giving function board liaison their outreach efforts implement stewardship plan progress donors move management strategies relationship-based fundraising forefront develop restricted efforts guide from Philanthropy Director meet yearly goals grow year over year develop retention strategy retain Summit Club donors each year assist planning delivery successful Summit Spirit Society Dinner collaboration with Philanthropy Director build maintain portfolio Colorado locales potential consistent contributors gifts increasing time help build focused opportunities entire Association engaged advancement mission staff aware multiple opportunities contribute campaigns partnership Program HR Dept(s) robust alumni meaningful opportunities oversee Columbarium Memorial Wall Bench programs ensure donor getaway goals achieved delivered Center levelCaring Honesty Respect Responsibility Faith
