- Responsibilities:
- Become a subject matter expert on our products and services.
- Consult and provide health insurance quotes for Individual and Family policies, both on and off the exchange (MNsure).
- Maintain license and carrier appointments in good standing.
- Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Clearly communicate in person, virtually, and over the phone.
- Utilize proficient computer skills, including familiarity with MS Outlook Software, Salesforce, and Adobe.
- Multitask and prioritize workflow effectively.
- Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience working in a professional setting.
- Active Health Insurance license in resident state or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment (expenses covered by the company).
- Desire to learn and willingness to grow.
- Ability to follow policies and safeguard PHI information.
