This includes planning assigning directing work addressing product employee complaints resolving problems carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company's policies OSHA regulations applicable laws.Collaborates with plant engineer maintenance manager facility management utilizing equipment improve employee safety production quality equipment reliability overall equipment effectiveness Supervises both the maintenance capital projects for site Utilizes mechanical electrical expertise maintain production systems utilities buildings grounds Utilizes computerized maintenace management system optimize asset utilization through scheduled preventative maintanance Ensure all utilities refrigeration electrical steam compressed air systems etc support production Implements corrective actions identified key performance indicators means create overall equipment effectiveness Remains current latest emerging industry regulations codes relative mechanical electrical systems design operation Ensures corporate policies standards followed capital project implementation daily maintanance Complete paperwork including records incident reports investigations others assigned maintanance manager Maintain technical documentation PLCs instrumentation equipment ladder logic blueprints manuals SOPs procedures PMs inventory parts purchasing Shares best practices within Maintenance Department Monitor enforce policies plant rules programs employees contractors vendors consultants suppliers safety food safety regulatory etc Engages typical responsabilities manager requiring planning evaluating organizing integrating delegating Provides managment employess ensure effective selection retention development disciplinary action performance managment Evaluate Maintenence personnel skills abilities assist Manager developing training programs employess growth Adhere Saputo code ethics actively apply Saputo values Performs other duties assigned You are best suited role if…
