Job summary
The candidate will contribute to client dialogue, pitches and execution of mandates alongside senior bankers and product teams.We advise clients on how the energy transition impacts strategy valuation risk and access to capital debt equity. We translate that into actionable investment banking solutions including cleantech bankability capital structuring equity partnerships commercial structuring advisory projectassetbased finance sustainable finance structuring
We support the origination and successful closing of new business opportunities mainly investment banking global markets sustainability product solutions based on deep client segment expertise strategic dialogue coordination with CIB coverage product partners
Responsibilities
*Participate as team member in the execution team for advisory mandates*Support live transaction execution by coordinating workstreams timelines deliverables across internal external stakeholders*Draff review transaction marketing documents ensuring accuracy consistency alignment value proposition*Coordinate contribute to due diligence managing information requests virtual data rooms thirdparty advisors*Help innovate develop new sustainable financial products services meet evolving needs clients segments US*Job description
