    Job DescriptionDescription
    We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for all guests and clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
    • Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
    • Maintain an organized and tidy reception area
    • Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings
    • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and scanning documents
    • Receive and distribute mail and packages
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure
    • Exceptional customer service skills
