Fish Window Cleaning - the nation's largest and most trusted window cleaning company - is hiring part-time, motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as Window Cleaning Estimators (Estimate Writers).
This is perfect for anyone who wants to fill their day with productive and rewarding work. Whether you're a stay-at-home parent, retiree, student, or just looking for flexible supplemental income, you'll spend your time talking to people and building relationships. Some phone work is involved, but most of your day is hands-on and interactive. This is subject to change as we learn what works best.
Whether you're new to sales or an experienced estimator, we provide the training, tools, and brand recognition to help you succeed.
What You'll Do
- Represent Fish Window Cleaning professionally and generate new commercial business through door-to-door outreach.
- Actively contribute to the growth of the business by identifying opportunities and building relationships.
- Visit businesses within San Gabriel Valley (defined zip codes).
- Write valid window cleaning estimates using our mobile app.
- Collect required business information (decision-maker contact, hours, notes, etc.).
- Follow up on contacts and work toward business goals.
Schedule & Flexibility
- 3-6 hours per day, between the hours of 9:30am - 3:30pm
- Any days between Tuesday - Friday for 2-3 days
Your attributes
- Are confident and enjoy connecting with others.
- Build relationships easily and make a great first impression.
- Are self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance (required).
- Have a working smartphone (required).
- Bilingual in Mandarin (not required - a plus).
Base Pay
- Hourly Rate: $18–$21 per hour (Depending on Experience).
- Estimate Rate: $1–$2 per valid estimate written (Depending On Experience).
- Minimum of 4 estimates per hour.
Earning Potential (In Addition to Base Pay)
- 10% commission on the 12-month value of customers who sign up for service, paid on top of hourly rate and estimate rate.
Example: If a customer signs up for window cleaning valued at $550 for one year, you earn $55.00 in commission.

We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license to be considered for employment.
