    About the Job:
    We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing basic and intermediate radiographic procedures, communicating with patients, and assisting in various aspects of patient care.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Competently performs basic and intermediate radiographic procedures, including general diagnostic and general fluoroscopic exams.
    - Communicates effectively with patients to explain procedures, obtain clinical history, and address any questions or concerns.
    - Positions patients and selects exposure factors for various radiologic examinations, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
    - Identifies patient and labels images, compares requisitions to physician's orders, and processes images to ensure accuracy and quality.
    - Assists and consults with Radiologists as needed.

    Licensure and Certification:
    - Radiographer license issued by the state of Wisconsin.
    - Registered Technologist (RT) registration issued by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
    - Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) within 6 months.

    Requirements:
    - Advanced training beyond High School in Radiologic Technology from an accredited program.
    - No experience required.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    - Competent in radiology positioning and techniques.
    - Knowledge of basic radiation safety and radiology equipment.
    - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient service skills.
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Physical Requirements:
    - Must be able to sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders frequently throughout the workday.
    - Must be able to stand/walk for majority of the day.
    - Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist, lift up to 20 lbs over head, carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance, push/pull with 30 lbs of force, and perform a sliding transfer of 150 lbs with a second person present.

    The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
