- Coordinates the medication use process to assure/assist in a timely, safe, efficient and cost-effective drug delivery system.
- Provides clinical services to optimize the effectiveness of patient s medication therapy and improve patient outcomes.
- Provides drug information to the patient, and medical or nursing staff.
- Directly supervise the technical staff in all areas of pharmacy practice.
- One (1) year of previous experience in institutional pharmacy practice preferred.
- Knowledge of medication management in the hospital pharmacy practice setting.
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Studies with 1-2 years of clinical experience will be considered in lieu of PharmD.
- Active license to practice pharmacy in The State of Ohio.
