    About the Role

    We're seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of excellence. In this position, you'll be responsible for ensuring product quality throughout our manufacturing process while working closely with our production and engineering teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform comprehensive incoming and in-process inspection of machined parts, purchased components, and assemblies using advanced measurement techniques
    • Maintain and organize quality documentation and records while ensuring proper equipment calibration
    • Lead quality reporting initiatives, conduct root cause analysis, and determine corrective actions
    • Collaborate with the Engineering department to enhance product design and manufacturability
    • Participate in Certifying Bodies on-site inspections (TUV) as an active team member
    • Drive continuous improvement in quality processes and procedures

    Qualifications

    • Associate's Degree in Advanced Manufacturing Technology or related field
    • 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment
    • Proficiency with coordinate measuring machines and quality systems documentation
    • Strong understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
    • Working knowledge of machine shop operations and electrical systems
    • Experience with quality management systems and related documentation
