    CoreFX Ingredients is a US-based Health & Nutrition ingredients manufacturer with a purpose to nourish and nurture bodies and minds. Our manufacturing facility is located in Orangeville, IL. Our Innovation Center is located in Evanston, IL. We sell out ingredients to food, beverage and dietary supplement companies.

    JOB PURPOSE AND REPORTING STRUCTURE: The Marketing Specialist will work directly with our Director of Sales & Marketing, who is responsible for managing our strategic marketing, branding and customer acquisition iniatives at CoreFX Ingredients. The role will liaise with all departments, working very closely with R&D and Sales to promote CoreFX Ingredients and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective customers.

    MARKETING SPECIALIST ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    • Maintain the CoreFX Ingredients website with the goal of converting website visitors to leads; update content and graphics as needed via SquareSpace
    • Manage acquisition-focused email and social media marketing campaigns
    • Create and design print and digital materials such as brochures, website graphics, newsletter, email campaigns and social media graphics
    • Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing and/or CEO to develop design concepts
    • Use graphic design software and work with a wide variety of print and digital media (Adobe Suite)
    • Author and execute varius marcom programs (social media, newsletter, email campaigns, etc.)
    • Manage tradeshow presence and assist with preparations and follow-ups
    • Provide support for various internal and external marketing projects that solidify and promote the brand and company
    • Perform market analysis, research, and report on the latest market trends
    • Create .PPT presentations for executive meetings and customer visits
    • Reach out to local community reps and business in Chicago and Orangeville area to increase awareness and create goodwill through sponsorship, volunteering, etc.
    • Assist with additional projects and daily administrative duties as assigned
    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or related field preferred.
    • 2-5 years within a Marketing position, including graphic design, marcom, and writing
    • Strong understanding of website marketing as a tool for customer acquisition
    • Highly motivated, self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
    • Creative thinker with a proactive approach and the ability to innovate.
    • Proficient writing skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.
    LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to write reports, blog entries,marketing materials, and other business correspondence effectively. Capable of presenting information and responding to inquiries from mangers, executives, and colleaues regarding marketing issues.

    OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES: Proficiency in operating various office equipment and familiarity with software and tools relevant to the role, such as Adobe Suite for graphic design, is desirable. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential for success in this role.

The employee may occasionally need to reach above shoulders, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.     WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work environment is usually moderate in an office setting, with minimal travel required.
