    Mental Health Clinician 6+

    Position Summary:

    The Mental Health Clinician 6+ provides direct mental health services to children and their families in Alameda County. The ideal candidate will have experience working with systems-involved families, be linguistically and culturally competent, and possess strong clinical and writing skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide direct client care in-home or the community for children and their families
    • Be linguistically and culturally competent
    • Attend meetings and maintain a written record of treatment

    Requirements:

    • MSW, MA, PhD, or PsyD from an accredited school of social work or psychology
    • Licensed or registered with BBS or BOP
    • Excellent clinical and writing skills
    • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

    Work Environment:

    The employee regularly works in an office setting and in the community. Hybrid work arrangements are available.

    Physical Demands:

    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

    Salary:

    $60,000 - $80,000 per year (dependent on language proficiency)
