- Assists in the development, coordination, and implementation of critical strategic infrastructure plans to provide courses of action.
- Gathers information and develops recommendations for programs related to critical infrastructure protection, incident response support, information sharing, and other topics as assigned to facilitate regional infrastructure protection.
- Advising the Regional Operations Manager/Mission Support Manager, Regional Director, Regional Senior Leadership, and headquarters personnel of critical infrastructure trends in region to maintain leadership situational awareness.
- Developing information packets on locations and events to facilitate critical infrastructure threat information sharing.
- Coordinating Regional Director and Regional Field Staff response to requests for information and requests for action from headquarters to maintain the flow of critical information.
- Liaison between the Regional Office, CISA Central, Sector Specific Agencies, and other DHS components/divisions on threats and incidents related to critical infrastructure to synchronize infrastructure protection response activities
