    As a program manager, on the Canada Store Operations team, you will lead a team of sr OCMs focused on work that spans a breadth of important initiatives and company priorities including improving the partner experience and store condition, achieving our sustainability goals, enabling store safety and refining our approach to staffing & scheduling excellence.

    This is a hybrid role and the successful candidate will need to be based in Seattle, Toronto, or Vancouver.

    As a program manager, you will...

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships and ways of working across functions and across borders to enable effective collaboration
    • Ensure alignment of proposed programs and projects within the business unit, functional area and/or company goals as well as strategies and communicates to all relevant stakeholders
    • Inspire, develop and lead a team
    • Develop a program team strategy that inspires cohesive teams committed to delivering the best for their project and overall programs while also prioritizing the right work that will have the biggest impact
    • Work closely with our retail teams whereby creating a culture of continuous improvement in service to our retail partners
    • Solve complex problems
