About the F&B Assistant Role:
A hybrid position that is responsible for In Room Dining Serving, Server Assistant, Bussing and Food Runner.
Responsible for offering guests an enjoyable,
expertly served beverage/dining experience. This individual must be comfortable discussing food and wine choices with guests in detail.
The Food & Beverage Assistant may also be responsible for setting up tables,
serving food and beverage to guests,
and clearing/cleaning tables.
